According to the company's business plan and in accordance with our service quality policy, at the beginning of July we completed a major reorganization in the digital printing departments. We installed two new Xerox digital presses (Nuvera EA288 and PrimeLink B9110), as a result of which our production capacity reached 800 printed A4 pages per minute or over 380,000 A4 pages per production shift. After the investment Direct Services Ltd. strengthens its leading position on “hybrid mail” market and will be able to fulfill any order in an even shorter time and with excellent print quality provided by the latest models of Xerox digital presses. The increased production capacity will optimize our operating costs and provide us with additional competitive advantages.

Our Digital Book Printing Department was equipped with probably the best machine on the market for this activity - OCE VarioPrint. This digital press can work with any media in the range of 50-350 gr/m2 in formats up to 35x50 cm, providing high-speed printing with quality as close as possible to offset. OCE VarioPrint is designed for high monthly loads, and as a result of its installation our customers will receive even shorter production times and a variety of options when choosing types of paper for the book body. The increased capacity for monochrome printing, together with the quality digital color printing from the already available in the department Xerox iGen4 and Xerox Versant guarantee that Direct Services Ltd. will continue to be a leading manufacturer of books in short runs. All our current and future customers can be sure that their orders will be fulfilled within the agreed deadlines and with quality achievable only by the best digital presses on the market.
